The Boathouse

The Boat house is situated at the south end of the lake on the dame wall. Left of the Lodge swim.
This swim fishes to open water, the pads, and the near margin with large overhanging trees. There are plenty of Bloodworm beds and hard feed spot also to fish too.

Depths range from 4ft to 10 ft
