Bossard is in the Champagne Ardenne region.

Distance - 226 miles from Calais, By Car three and a half hours by Toll roads with one stop for coffee you can use b roads but this puts 1 hour on your trip.

Best route - Toll Roads.

From Calais take the A26-E17 to Reims then take the A4-E50 to Metz, then take junction 28 to Temple Bar-LE-Duc. At the first roundabout take the first exit and go for 1.4 miles to the next roundabout and take the first exit again. This is the D994. Stay on this road for 24.1 miles until you see a wooden post with an orange spot on it on your left. Take the left turning into the private road to the Lake.

Drive down about 3/4 mile until you see a large black metal gate on your left at the bottom of the hill which is adjacent to a stock pond. Turn into Bossard, drive until you see the Lodge.
Max speed 5mph! Have a safe trip.
