Week 3 already some of the boy's arrived Saturday and some arrived Sunday afternoon due to work commitments. At last Sunday felt like spring with light SW winds and 21 degrees, I am sure the fish don't know what is going on?. There were no fish  out on Saturday night and the 2 Steve's in R1 and R2 couldn't carry on where Mause and Remco left off but I am sure they will have  a few fish. The water temperature had only risen by 1 degree to 10.5 so sunny Sunday has not made much of a different in the water temperature. Our next fish came out Monday morning a stunning mirror called fingers at 42-08lb on RB's to Paul, then Dane on 61 had a 26lb mirror, by the end  of Monday evening, we had 4 fish and dropped 1. The fish were starting to show themselves more now and there were a lot's of fish down in the snags in the west and east arms of the lake. Steve M in R1 started to get on the fish and by Tuesday had put 6 fish on the bank including his PB  a long 45-08lb mirror and  the boys in RB's were also on the fish taking 4 fish. By Wednesday morning we had 13 fish, with fish showing all  over  the  lake now, the wind had changed to a NW and was now blowing into the lodge, so I will probably have a fish on Thursday and Frida night. The two Steve's in R1 and R2 were still on the fish with Steve O taking 4 fish to 35lb. Steve M took another 40lb fish of 44-12lb and ended up with a total of 12 fish for the week. Paul my bailiff decided to fish properly instead of watching his DVD's and having his heater on full blast. and started watching the lake for a change and banked a cracking 38lb mirror, just shows that if you  put some effort  in you can put fish on the bank. The boy's on M2 only had 2 fish and both fish came to Gary the biggest fish of the week a stomping 49-12lb mirror and cracking 38lb common, poor old Del didn't manage a fish. Better luck next time  mate. I managed 2 fish a lovely 44-08lb mirror and a 35lb common. Dane took one fish on 61 a 38lb common. We ended up with 33 fish for the week, with 5 40+ to 49-12 and 3 dropped and none lost in the snags our average for the week was 31-12lb, we had 2 of the guy's go home a day early due to work commitments. I would like to say what a great week I had with all the guy's and look forward to seeing you next year.
