Well week 5 didn't start much better with the weather still not improving, with still plenty of rain and with over 500,000 + gallons coming through the lake an hour.

The water flow was so fast you thought you was fishing  a river not a lake.

Temps during the day didn't get much above 16 and 10 at night. The worst rain came on friday night, we  were having dinner at the lodge when the black clouds started to move over the lake, with that in mind I told the guy's to make hast and get back to the swims before the rain came and boy did it come, thunder,lighting and very heavy rain all night.

I was up at first light and the lake had come up  3" overnight, so i had to drop another board to reduce the water level. Fishing was good for the weather  we had 31 fish for the week. Top rod was Harry with 10 fish with his best fish a stunning 45-10 mirror.

Biggest fish of the week was a 49-12 common what a fantastic Bar of Gold.

We had 7 dropped fish and 2 lost in the snags. Our average for the week was 31-05lb.
